ACADEMY
Our Mission
Check & Deuce Academy, based in Denver, Colorado, empowers youth ages 4–18 through the dual disciplines of tennis and chess, cultivating both physical skill and strategic thinking. Founded by Chad Edwards, the Academy is dedicated to fostering character, confidence, and lifelong personal growth on and off the court and chessboard.
In partnership with DSST–Conservatory Green and the Student-Led Chess Association, Check & Deuce Academy is creating a community where youth learn to think critically, compete with integrity, and grow with confidence. Together, we’re shaping the next generation of strategic thinkers and resilient leaders through the art of chess and tennis.
